Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, indoor plants must meet the following conditions:

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your plants
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Package plants securely in original packaging if possible
  5. Return plants to our Dublin location or as instructed

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired plant. We'll process your return refund promptly to facilitate your new purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe return of your plants. Aromaeucandleser is not responsible for plants lost or damaged during return shipping.
